HOW LONG LASTS THE GOLDEN FINISH?
 The yellow Luz body chain is made by Gold Filled technology - a thick layer of gold is applied to the brass base not electro-chemically but mechanically and is as much as 20% of the total weight of jewelry. Due to this, it does not tarnish for years, does not oxidize in water and from skin secretions. You can safely wear this jewelry on the beach, and it will definitely pay off the cost of this flawless body chain!
 
HOW LONG LASTS THE SILVER FINISH?
 The white Luz body chain is made of 925 sterling silver and covered with white rhodium in the traditional electro-chemical way. This  means that the coating will tarnish over time, depending on how often you wear the jewelry, you wear it on bare skin or on top of clothes. The more often the jewelry comes in contact with skin secretions, sunscreens and water, the faster the coating wears off. After complete abrasion of the coating, silver can oxidize and change hue from yellow to gray. In this case, you will be able to send us jewelry for cleaning and re-application of white rhodium. We will do this at cost price - without commercial markup and our administrative costs. The cost of re-coating is calculated separately for each piece of jewelry.
