We take up to 5 working days to ship you sterling silver jewelry and up to 10 working days to ship gold ones. If jewelry is in stock, we will ship it the same day.

Domestic shipping takes 1-2 business days and is free for you.

International delivery takes10-20 business days depending on carrier.

Return and exchange

According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality is non-refundable. Therefore, we ask you to order carefully and consciously, but we are ready to exchange sterling silver jewelry for another or refund under the conditions of return within three days of receipt, provided that the jewelry seal and tag are intact. Gold jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Jewelry made to the individual order of the buyer cannot be exchanged or returned. In the case of a return or exchange, all postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
